Friday Lunch

Our next Community lunch will be on Friday 8th November from 12noon. There will be a choice of two main courses  followed by delicious homemade desserts. We extend a warm  welcome to anyone to come and join us. £5 is the usual contribution for the meal and this is divided between church funds and various charities. This is open to anyone in the community.

Crafty Moments

Crafty Moments, our Friday craft group, will meet again on Friday 8th November from 10 am to 12noon. Come in for a chat and a cup of tea or coffee and bring your craft with you. If you are new to the area,  you are very welcome to join us. Lunch will be served at 12 noon, so stay on and have a good meal too.

Link to Hope Shoeboxes

Currently we are packing up shoeboxes for  the organisation LINK TO HOPE, which is based in Worthing . The shoeboxes are bound for countries in Eastern Europe  – Romania, Moldova, the Ukraine and Bulgaria- to give Christmas Joy to many  people struggling in poverty. Boxes can be made up for families or for the elderly. Leaflets are available in the church porch – please help yourself.  Contact Gill on 07964 829639 for more information. Our Shoebox Sunday will be on Sunday 27th October at 10.30am led by Mrs Morwenna Bennett, when the shoeboxes will be blessed before their collection and journey to Eastern Europe.
